Samsung Electrinics Co informed that the Fire Investigators had confirmed that an External Agency had caused fire in one of their most pioneered phone Galaxy S3.

The Galaxy S Series is the biggest rival for Apple Iphone and was  launched in Europe late May and last month in US.

A Dublin-based consumer posted comments and photos on a web site in June, saying his Galaxy phone had "exploded" while mounted on his car dashboard.
He wrote that while he was driving, "suddenly a white flame, sparks and a bang came out of the phone

The company said that it had hired an independent Fire Investigation- United Kingdom(FI-UK) based consultancy firm to determine the actual cause of the incident.

Yesterday, Samsung blogged  on its official global blog that "'The only way it was possible to produce damage similarly to the damage recorded within the owner's damaged device was to place the devices or component parts with a domestic microwave."
